With a target of building an estate of 30 pubs over the next four years there are opportunities to progress at every level – and quickly!! The company currently has two managers who progressed from bar staff to GM within 3 years.

As one would expect in a small independent we encourage a very "hands on" style of managment.  Our managers are given strong support network and almost complete autonomy to operate their pubs.

Salaries are extremely competitive and a very generous bonus scheme is on offer that allows managers to earn up to an additional 25% of their annual salary.
